1. Fill out the RMA form completely. Send us the completed form by email. You receive an RMA number immediately. "Returns are only accepted with a valid RMA number!"
2. The costs of the investigation is CHF 150.00
3. Products within the warranty period are repaired free of charge.
4. In case of a damage in the responsibility of the user or products outside the warranty period, we charge the investigation fee from point 2 and make a repair estimation and we will send you a quotation.
5. Undeclared products will not be accepted. Please attach the completed RMA and a copy of the invoice to the shipment.
