Compar offers customised unitary systems, suitable for small production volumes, and still having the benefits of an automated quality inspection
The Compar unitary inspection systems are used for inspection of very small production series, for random part check, or when the inspection task is very challenging and require the construction of a prototype before the automation of the handling process. The feeding process is done by hand: the operator places a part inside the table top station, which automatically inspects the part, and give an information (Good or Bad) back to the operator. The Compar Vision system can also give some detailed informations back, such as the type and position of the defect, different measures, or statistics.
Moreover, the system can easily and quickly be adapted to new pallets or blisters and products. Test runs once learnt will simply be reloaded.
A new part can be learned by the Compar unitary system throught different methods: with selectable parameters by the operator, using a DXF document, or by simply scanning a barcode or a Datamatrix.
Customer benefit
This complete solution is particularly suitable for customers who are facing new defects to detect and who want to test our vision solution and software by themselves for a limited budget, before getting a fully automated inspection machine. Most of the time, the prototype that we deliver can be integrated in a fully autonomous inspection machine in order to add an automatic handling functionnality and increase the production speed.
The Unitary Inspection System design is decided in order to meet customer-specific requirements with respect to inspection type, layout, and the ability to manage large parts varieties. A demand-oriented solution that is not only budget-friendly, but also innovative.
