Task

The inner workings of a Diskus inhaler consist largely of mechanical components. We check these components for presence, accuracy and position.  This way we ensure that all parts are present and correctly assembled. The check is carried out using our VISIONexpert® industrial image processing system. This vision system is integrated into the existing machinery.

We have created the concept, carried out image acquisition tests and implemented the entire project on behalf of our customer. This includes the commissioning by the mechanical engineer and the final acceptance by the customer. We also perform service and support tasks at agreed intervals.
